Yes. I support settings at all stages of the inspection process, including preparation for inspection, post-inspection improvement, and maintaining or improving inspection outcomes. Support is always tailored to the context and needs of your setting.
Yes. All consultancy, training, coaching and mentoring is bespoke. Support is designed around the specific needs of your setting, staff team, and children, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Support usually begins with a free initial discussion to understand your setting and priorities. This may be followed by observations, consultancy sessions, a written report with recommendations, and an agreed action plan. Ongoing support can then be provided through training, mentoring, or follow-up visits, depending on your needs.
Yes. Where appropriate, you will receive a clear written report outlining strengths, areas for development, and practical recommendations, alongside an achievable action plan to support improvement and positive outcomes for children.
Yes. Consultancy, training, and mentoring can be delivered on-site at your provision or online. A blended approach can also be arranged where appropriate.
You are not required to provide any equipment or resources. All materials needed for the training session will be provided. The only requirement is a suitable room or hall for staff training and access to at least one electrical socket.
Yes. All training programmes are aligned with the EYFS and the setting’s expectations, supporting high-quality teaching, learning, safeguarding, and inclusive practice.
No. The cost of certificates is included within the training fee. Certificates are issued to all participants at no additional cost following completion of the training.
Yes. I work with staff teams to support reflective practice, strengthen professional knowledge, and build confidence. Sessions are designed to encourage collaboration, consistency, and shared understanding across the team.
Yes. Ongoing support is available through mentoring, coaching, and continuing professional development. This supports sustained improvement, professional wellbeing, and long-term impact on practice.
Yes. Support is available to Early Years settings across the UK. Additional costs to cover travel and, where necessary, accommodation may apply. These will always be discussed and agreed prior to the consultation process.
All consultancy and training services are delivered through a clear tiered structure, reflecting the size of your setting, the level of support required and the depth of engagement needed. Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach, each package is carefully tailored to ensure you receive the appropriate level of professional support, leadership development and follow-up guidance. The scope and associated fees are always discussed and agreed in advance of the consultancy process.
No. Support can be arranged as a one-off session or as part of a longer-term programme, depending on your needs.
