From Classroom to Leadership: A Depth of Experience
Yemi spent several years working directly in Montessori classrooms, guiding and teaching children from birth through to primary age, before progressing into leadership and taking on the role of Headteacher at a Montessori primary school in London. This hands-on classroom experience, combined with senior leadership experience, gives her a deep understanding of both pedagogy and practice.
